Vice President Operations and Service Excellence

Moritz Bolle is the VP of Operations & Service Excellence at Teladoc Health Canada, delivering whole person virtual care to empower Canadians to live healthier lives. In this role, he is responsible for all non-medical clinical and member-facing processes and interactions. His portfolio also includes data analytics, reporting and the project management function.

Moritz brings international experience in life sciences strategy and operations, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostics. His background encompasses diverse roles such as Executive Director of a quality assessment not-for-profit, Chief Strategy Officer of a private family office and Co-Founder and Director of Operations of a medical device start-up. Moritz started his career as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

He holds an MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge (UK), an MSc in Biochemistry from Freie Universität Berlin (Germany) and spent one year as a graduate research fellow at Texas A&M University (USA).
